Jimmy Smith

Jimmy Smith

Chairman, CEO, CCO
Amusement Park

Many people know how influential advertising greats Lewis Williams, Dan Wieden, John Jay, Jim Riswold, Jon Kamen, David Lubars, Lee Clow, Michael Roth and funk legend, Bootsy Collins have been in the career of Jimmy Smith. However, what many people don’t know is that if it were not for Elizabeth Montgomery, Dick York, David White and Agnes Moorehead – Jimmy might never have considered a career in advertising.  Montgomery, York, White and Moorehead played Samatha Stephens, Darrin Stephens, Larry Tate and Endora, respectively, on the TV show, “Bewitched.”  Darrin was a creative director and Larry was an account executive. Not only did the show introduce Jimmy to advertising, it unintentionally planted the seed of the idea of branded entertainment.

Throughout his career, Jimmy – a 2012 Fast Company magazine Top 100 Most Creative member and One Club board member– has worked his magic in a variety of roles as a copywriter, creative director, author, TV writer, video game creator, film and record producer.  His work has been recognized for its fresh advertising approaches (One Show, Cannes, D&AD, ANDY, Clio, Time magazine), for its TV show originality (Emmy nomination - Gatorade Replay) and for its beauty (Stiftung Buchkunst International Book Art Competition, Copenhagen Museum of Applied Arts - Soul of the Game).  In 2013, Jimmy added TV show talent to his list of accomplishments, as he appeared as a judge on VH1’s reality show, “Model Employee.” And in 2016 - thanks to Harman International - his company’s newly formed record label, Amusement Park Music, debuted its first hit single, “Bigger Than Us,” by Dame D.O.L.L.A. (Different On Levels the Lord Allows) featuring Paul Rey.

But the best is yet to come. On Sunday, July 31, 2016, Mondelēz International and Amusement Park will partner to bring to the global live stage, Heaven Sent.

As you’ll often hear Jimmy say, “Jesus has hooked a brotha up!”

 Susan Credle

Susan Credle

Global Chief Creative Officer
FCB

The creative brilliance responsible for making the iconic M&M’S “human” and for the legendary Allstate’s “Mayhem” campaign once dreamed of a life outside of a suburban neighborhood in the Carolinas after watching Ridley’s Scott’s “Share the Fantasy” spot for Chanel. Parallels are often drawn between the fictional Peggy Olson from Mad Men and Susan Credle, who started out as an intern at BBDO and moved up the ranks to become EVP, Executive Creative Director. In 2009, she moved to Leo Burnett USA, where she was credited with the shop’s creative resurgence.

As Global Chief Creative Officer at FCB, Susan furthers Carter Murray’s ambition to burnish the agency’s creative product and reputation. She has received numerous industry accolades, including CAF’s Chicago Ad Woman of the Year in 2013, Advertising Age’s 100 Most Influential Women, Business Insider’s Most Creative Women in Advertising and induction into the AAF’s Hall of Achievement.
